   Count backward 5 years from application date.

   2. Find longest single trip

   Trips over 6 months (180 days) generally break continuous residence.

   3. Total absence check

   Significant total absence may also raise concerns.

   4. Apply verdict

   Green if all trips < 6 months. Red if any 6+ month trip.
